Sip sunshine with this cozy blend of rooibos, ginger, lemon & mango tea.
There’s something magical about blending a little sunshine with a little spice. This caffeine-free herbal tea is sweet, slightly tangy, and soothing—perfect for a moment of calm, an afternoon pick-me-up, or a family teatime with a tropical twist.
We call it Sunshine & Spice, and it’s one of my new favorite cozy blends!
It’s naturally sweet from dried mango, earthy and grounding thanks to rooibos, with a zesty kick from dried ginger and lemon. You can absolutely use fresh ginger in place of the dried ground ginger, but this works perfect in a pinch. Serve it hot for a calming moment or iced for a refreshing mango sunshine sipper.

🍋 Ingredients:
1 tablespoon rooibos tea
1 teaspoon dried ginger (or a few slices of fresh!)
1 lemon slice
2 pieces dried mango
🍵 How to Brew:
Add all ingredients to a teapot or infuser.
Pour 1.5 cups boiling water over the mix.
Steep for 6–8 minutes.
Sweeten to taste with honey or sweetener of choice (optional).
Enjoy hot OR let it cool and pour over ice for a tropical iced tea!
